For organisations starting from scratch or following a diagnostic, we design and implement the HR foundations your business requires: handbooks, compliance structures, onboarding, and performance systems.

Fractional HR Retainer

Embedded, ongoing HR leadership and operational support across strategy, compliance, employee relations, and people programmes — without committing to a full-time salary.

Recruiting

Two ways to engage. As part of a Fractional Retainer, recruiting for all roles below Director is included — Director and above carries a 10% placement fee. Standalone searches are available on a contingent basis at 20%, backed by a 90-day guarantee.
